We look forward to learning of your skills and talents!
And no matter what, Good Luck!
Please take some time and fill in this form completely. We just don’t have time to send messages back and forth to get your details, so take a moment and get all this information together and submitted.
If you are applying for a casting, it is important to reply completely to each question on the casting sheet. If your responses are incomplete, your submission is simply deleted before showing to the casting team which normally includes our client, the art director.
When referencing your online portfolio, carefully enter a link we can just click on to see your book. Be sure that the link does not require a login or password (for example, do NOT use FaceBook – the casting team cannot see it because it requires a login). Best to link are online portfolio sites – we are on Modelwire (for most pro models), Model Management, Models.com but the freelance sites are good as well: Model Mayhem, BDM, Modelwirenetwork, Model Management, etc. The casting team rarely looks at portfolios on sites that take a lot of time to wade through like wix.com, facebook, model personal promo sites, etc.
General requirements for freelance or direct bookings:
Location: Unless otherwise indicated in a casting, the projects are situated or at least start in Miami-South Beach. Even if travel is involved, the work and preparation will normally begin and end in South Beach. For these shoots it is also preferred to to work with talent local to Miami – South Beach.
Ethnicity: Unless otherwise indicated in a casting, any ethnicity is considered
Experience: You need to either be a model able to self or direct book at a top tier agency that we have access to portfolios for review or on Modelwire; or a freelancer that has already tested with me. If the project has a Casting Call (quite rare because of the expense), any model can be considered. It is really preferred that you are already ‘known’ to us.
Figure/Build: Unless otherwise indicated in a casting, figure/physique will be very slender. Size preferences Women 00-0-2 and around 5’10”, Men 28-32″ waist and around 6’0″.
Nudity: Most of our clients are either from or targeting the European market, so European advertising standards apply which are not as conservative as in the USA. While perhaps not used in any particular shoot, topless for women and implied for men and women is a required option for any shoot.
Payment: made by the client on the day of the shoot.
Casting Process: Submissions are reviewed by the casting team for the project (normally the client, their art director or ad agency, plus OyOy).
Notification: Unfortunately, only those selected can be notified. We are working on a better process – no one likes uncertainty – but at the moment we do not have the ability to notify everyone. Once a casting closes and you have not been contacted, then you can be certain that you were not selected – you can watch this page for closings.
